Zenloop offers a Software as a Service solution – collecting, analyzing and managing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to improve customer retention. The goal is to automatically identify and leverage all relevant insights and trends. Zenloop’s solution encourages businesses to better and easier measure their customers’ satisfaction – without the usually associated, tedious and lengthy questionnaires. Finally, Zenloop boosts your customer relationships due to their smart label technology that analyzes feedback and automatically identifies all relevant insights and trends. In the end, your customer should not only be satisfied but also act as a promoter of your company or product.
Since February 2017, Zenloop is a trusted partner of the MoBerries network. We spoke with the HR Manager of Zenloop, Pia, about Zenloop’s visions, challenges, and experience with MoBerries.
In a few words, what do you offer to whom?
We enable companies to understand their customers even better. Through customized surveys at every important touchpoint during the customer journey, churn rates are reduced and the potential of satisfied customers (Promoters) can be used even better.
What sparked the initial idea?
The original idea was developed in Flaconi’s time when our founders Björn Kolbmüller and Paul Schwarzenholz had a lot to deal with customer feedback but couldn’t find a suitable tool solution for their exact needs. An incredibly large Excel sheet, which took almost five minutes to load, could not be a permanent solution. Therefore they decided to found a new company after the successful exit with Flaconi and Zenloop was born.

Are there some new features, updates or projects you are currently working on?
As always, there are many exciting topics and features that we are working on to make our product even more valuable for our customers. To name just three short points and not to reveal too much: 1. Mobile channel 2. Tablet channel 3. Sentimental analysis.
What motivates you to get up and come here every morning?
I have the chance to learn and develop every day and with what I’m doing, shaping the future of Zenloop. Together with a team that supports each other and wants to grow constantly.

What is your favorite part of your job?
This is difficult to say because there are so much variety and so many topics that inspire me again and again. It’s always a great moment to see the team and each individual grow. On a numerical, technical and personal level – knowing that together we have created a culture that boosts this growth.
How did you first learn about MoBerries?
I first got to know MoBerries in my previous position as part of a tool research. When I started at Zenloop, I was very happy to see that it was already being used here. Otherwise, it would definitely have been one of the tools I would have suggested directly.
Which factors led to the partnership with MoBerries?
I think MoBerries offers great added value for us as a company as well as for the candidates.
For me, it’s a way to get in touch quickly with candidates with the right skills. Applicants save time because they receive optimized suggestions directly through the matching algorithm and don’t have to contact every company individually via mail or portal.
If you had one sentence to convince someone to work at your company, what would you say?
We have a smart, dedicated team and a great, exciting product with high market potential.
What do you like most about our service?
The high quality of the applications for completely different positions and the very intuitive and easy handling.
