How to attract the right talent? This is one of the many obstacles hiring managers are facing nowadays. 76% are even saying that this is the number one challenge when it comes to find the right people. Due to higher expectations towards candidates, it is no longer enough to just place an ad on a job board and lean back until the perfect candidate applies.
‘People that combine innovative mindset and out of the box thinking with the ability to execute are what we are always looking for’, explains Bastian, and that these kind of people are not always easy to find.
